公司总部设在风景怡人的汉口江滩，办公面积1000多平方米，办公条件优越，现有员工100余人，分为外联、跟单、采购、品质控制、检测中心、研发、人事行政、财务八部门，各部门分工明确，责权清晰，为客户提供从打样、下单、交货到售后的全程服务。外联部和跟单部员工拥有良好的中英文表达能力，具有国家跟单员职业资格证书；品质控制部常年派驻近20名QC驻厂，该部员工均具有十年以上纺织行业工作经验，从源头开始保证交货期、严格控制产品质量；总部检测中心配有总值近百万的专业检测设备和具有研究生学历的工程师，以确保产品各项技术指标达到客户要求；研发和采购部门洞悉制帽流行趋势，熟悉面料特性并掌握第一手的资源和渠道，拥有稳固可靠的供应商网络。公司启用ERP系统实施全流程管理，进一步提升了工作和服务效率。

Our company is headquartered besides scenic Yangtze River beach, with over 1000 square meters’ office area and excellent working environment. Our headquarters has over 50 staff and is divided into 8 departments, including External Liaison Dept, Merchandising Dept, Purchasing Dept, Quality Control Dept, Laboratory Center, Research& Development Dept, Human Resource Dept and Finance Dept. Our departments have clear-cut assignment of responsibility, and can provide our customers with one-stop service from sampling, order placing, goods shipping and after-sale service.
Our people of External Liaison & Merchandising Dept are good at English, and certified by National merchandiser occupational qualification. About 20 QC from Quality Control Dept, each with more than 10 years experience in textile industry, stay at fabric mills all year around to ensure timely delivery date and quality goods by monitoring bulk production from the beginning. Our laboratory center is equipped with over 1 million RMB Yuan of professional testing equipments and our lab technicians with master degree, which guarantee our products to meet clients’ technical requirement perfectly. R&D and Purchasing Dept. have been keeping close watch on fashion trend of caps, collecting more information of fabric characters, resource and channel, and establishing stable & reliable supply chain. Full performance of ERP system in our management enhances our working efficiency greatly.

公司专业经营制帽用面料辅料，在国内制帽行业拥有较高的美誉度。面料方面主要有精纺粗纺羊毛、棉、涤纶、腈纶、混纺，色织、针织、经编、真皮、PU皮、牛仔布以及功能性运动面料等。辅料方面有各种材质的压条、汗带、衬布、帽檐布等。针织运动服装面料在不断开发和拓展中，今后会成为公司新的发展方向和增长点。

Our company specializes in caps fabrics & accessories, and enjoys good reputation in textile industry. Our fabrics have Worsted & Slub Wool, Cotton, Polyester, Acrylic, Blended Fabrics, Color Weaves, Knitting, Warp Knitting, Genuine Leather, PU, Denim and functional sport fabric and so on. Accessories include Taping, Sweatband, Lining, Undervisor fabrics etc. The newly developed knitting sportswear fabrics will become our company’s new direction and growth points moving forward.
